Services

Most lawyers limit themselves to one or two practice areas and try to operate exclusively in their niche. While that might be helpful to the lawyer, it requires client to hire and pay multiple lawyers in a way that is inconvenient and expensive. Brian Melton, the attorney and founder of MLS, prefers to define his practice by the identities of the clients he represents. Brian represents small and midsize businesses and the people who own and operate them. Brian strives to meet all of his clients’ needs because the attorney-client relationship is more important than just getting specific types of cases in and out the door in a way that makes the firm the most money. Brian wants to cultivate ongoing relationships that increase in value over time, so he focuses on meeting his clients’ needs, and finding others qualified to meet those needs when a case falls outside his skillset.
