Melton Legal Services exists to serve the businesses, business owners, and entrepreneurs in and around Tulsa, Oklahoma. Brian Melton formed Melton Legal Services with the intention to represent the people and entities that make up the fabric of the Tulsa community. As a graduate of The University of Tulsa College of Law and a resident of Midtown Tulsa, Brian feels closest to the shops, stores, cafes, companies, creators, and artisans that add the color and culture to our beloved slice of green country. MLS offers a wide variety of legal services to help businesses and business owners start up, gain momentum, hone their crafts, protect their livelihoods, and, if the time is right, sell or dissolve their businesses in a way that honors their efforts.

Brian began practicing law in Tulsa, Oklahoma, moved to Colorado Springs, Colorado where he practiced for several years, and then returned to Tulsa. Brian has successfully represented hundreds of clients in a variety of subject matters, settings, and jurisdictions. That breadth of experience gives Brian the professional skills to handle most anything and the interpersonal skills to treat clients the way they deserve during high pressure situations.
