Flat Fee Services

MLS offers Flat Fee pricing for projects where the attorney can reasonably predict the amount of work necessary to complete a project or there is a high degree of control over when and how the project ends. Types of cases well-suited for Flat Fee pricing include matters where there is no court or government involvement, the decisions about the direction of the case and the final product belong only to the client, or there are no third parties or adversaries who could impact the outcome of the case. Not all cases are well-suited for Flat Fee pricing, but MLS likes to give clients a higher degree of certainty when the circumstances allow it.
